A written scope document you approve before a single screen is built. If a mistake is made, it is fixed at 7Sisters Tech's cost, not yours. Every project has been delivered to completion — you can verify this by speaking directly to any past client.

Question 2

If we part ways, can another developer understand and continue the codebase you built?

Accepted Answer

Yes — and this is designed from day one. Every project includes inline code documentation, a README for every repository, and a technical handover document on completion. Industry-standard conventions are followed for React Native, Flutter, and Node.js so any competent developer can continue the work without involvement from 7Sisters Tech. Clients are actively encouraged to have their own developers review the code mid-project — if it doesn't pass their review, it is fixed before the next milestone payment is released.

Question 3

Who actually builds our product — and will the people we meet be the people doing the work?

The founders — Sagar and Hiten — are involved in every project from scoping to delivery. 7Sisters Tech is not a large agency that hands work to a junior team after the sales call. Every project is reviewed, architected, and overseen by the same people you speak to. The team is intentionally small — fewer projects are taken on to ensure better quality. If the quality or attention ever falls short of what was promised, you have the founder's direct contact and the right to call that out immediately.

Question 4

We are based in the USA or UK — will the timezone difference actually cause problems?

Accepted Answer

Timezone is only a problem when communication is chaotic — and at 7Sisters Tech it is not. For US clients, a standing weekly call is held at 8–10am EST. For UK clients, overlap runs from 12pm–3pm GMT. Every working day you receive an async update via Slack or Notion covering what was built, what is next, and what needs your input — so you wake up informed without needing a live call. Loom video walkthroughs are used for complex updates so you can review progress on your own schedule.

Question 5

How do you handle scope changes — and can the price increase after we agree on a number?

Accepted Answer

Fixed-scope projects have a fixed price — period. If something was missed during scoping, that is 7Sisters Tech's error to fix at no additional cost. If you request something genuinely new and outside the agreed scope, a separate change order is raised with a clear cost and timeline before any work begins. You will never receive a surprise invoice. The only way costs change is if you choose to change them — and every change order is approved by you in writing before any work proceeds.

Do you just build what we ask, or do you push back when something won't work?

7Sisters Tech pushes back — respectfully and with reasoning. If a requested feature would hurt the user experience or add unnecessary technical complexity, it is flagged clearly with an explanation and an alternative suggestion. The client is always the final decision-maker. But the role of the development partner is to protect the product's quality, not just execute instructions. Clients who have experienced this approach have consistently valued it by the time the project launches.

What happens after launch — if something breaks at 2am our time, what do we do?

Every project includes a 60-day post-launch support period at no additional cost. Any bug resulting from the development work is fixed for free, with a maximum 24-hour response time. For critical production outages, an emergency contact channel is available with a response within 4 hours regardless of timezone. After the 60-day window, structured monthly maintenance packages are available so there is always an accountable partner responsible for the product's health.
